ORDERS & SHIPPING
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you will receive an immediate refund through PayPal.
Upfront payment is required for all purchases (including items on back-order or pre-order).
Orders are shipped using Registered Post via Australia Post.
Orders shipped within Australia take 3-4 business days from shipping date depending on location. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $12.00 AUD.
International orders have a 10-15 business day delivery time from shipping date. International shipping is a flat rate of $20.00 AUD.

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Meeshka will declare full AUD dollar value paid on international shipments. Meeshka can not put a lower value on the parcel.
We will accommodate custom changes to our designs whenever possible. Please email us via the Contact page. Additional charges may apply and all sales involving custom work are final.
All pieces come gift packaged in a soft leather Meeshka pouch.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Paypal & AfterPay.
Goods sold are non-refundable, we cannot exchange or return if you have simply changed your mind. Please choose carefully.
NB: All leather and stones used are natural and unique, and may vary slightly in colour from those pictured on the website.
Each Meeshka product is carefully hand constructed from the highest quality materials. Given the delicate nature of a handmade process, we offer a 6 month warranty on all meeshka pieces from date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults (but does not cover neglect or wear & tear) and we will at our discretion replace or repair your damaged product. Semi-precious stone beads are delicate and need to be handled carefully, stones breaking from mishandling is not considered a fault.

REPAIRS & PRODUCT CARE
We will always do our best to repair your Meeshka piece. Please contact us with specific repair request to determine whether repair can be accommodated and the associated charge. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY
We recommend you follow a few guidelines to ensure the longevity and care of your meeshka jewellery.
- Store each piece of jewellery separately to avoid scratching.
- Remove jewellery when washing hands and avoid contact with harmful substances such as perfumes, lotions and oils.
- Do not wear jewellery in swimming pools or while showering, as chlorine will damage materials such as brass, silver/gold plating and leather.
- Damage from careless wear and storage, including water damage, is not the responsibility of meeshka jewellery.
Meeshka cannot be responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping. Please ensure all items being returned are thoroughly packaged with bubble wrap, packed securely and clearly addressed. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Customer account information is treated as confidential and is not shared with any outside affiliates or individuals. Meeshka respects the privacy of its customers and intends to optimize the meeshka shopping experience. On occasion, meeshka jewellery may email customers to send product and store updates; should customers prefer not to receive these emails, please contact us to request removal.
